A build is priced by size: something tiny is 10¢, a page $1, a standard app $10, a big one more. The price includes edits after it is built — 1 for a tiny build, 5 small, 7 standard, 10 big — then 10¢ each. A change bigger than the build is priced as a build. The quote says which before you approve anything.
